Individual and tailored to you: your onboarding

From day one, you will have go-to persons who will introduce you to our professional and organizational world. You will quickly become fully involved after some orientation and be given your own topics. Of course, there will always be someone to answer your questions. During the first months, we will offer you frequent check-ins. That is an offer, not a must, to stay on track and change things that might not work well. We appreciate your feedback and are willing to rethink our processes. A final conversation will take place in due time towards the end of the probationary period.
